PROVO — Julie Franklin, director of residence life at Brigham Young University, will speak today, at 11:05 a.m. in the Marriott Center for a BYU campus devotional.
The topic of her address is, "Peace on Earth, Some Restrictions Apply."
The devotional will be broadcast live on KBYU-TV Channel 11, BYU-Television, KBYU-FM 89.1, BYU-Radio and byubroadcasting.org, as well as on campus in the Joseph Smith Building auditorium.
