Santa Claus is Comin' to Town (7 p.m., Ch. 4): This animated Christmas classic (which also airs several times on ABC Family) is repeated.

Friday Night Lights (7 p.m., Ch. 5): Lyla and Tim's secret gets out as a big game looms.

Gilmore Girls (7 p.m., Ch. 30): Luke and Christopher finally have the confrontation we all knew was going to happen eventually. For one thing, Luke (Scott Patterson) already punched Christopher (David Sutcliffe) in the face earlier this season. For another, The CW has, over the past few weeks, repeatedly aired a clip of Christopher and Luke striding angrily toward one another. And if that's not enough, the title of tonight's episode is "Merry Fisticuffs."

Big Day (8 p.m., Ch. 4): The groom's father arrives.

Boston Legal (9 p.m., Ch. 4): A mother fights to keep custody of her young daughters, who are white-supremacist singing stars.

Desire (11 p.m., Ch. 14) and Fashion House (midnight, Ch. 14): These dumb soap operas conclude after their 65-episode runs.
