Aviary exhibits fine art by Utahns

Year-round bird programs also offered at S.L. facility

Tracy Aviary, in conjunction with the Utah Arts Alliance, will present an exhibit of original fine art by Utah artists, "Changing Nature: Ebb & Flow," a juried exhibit, through Dec. 14 in the Mill @ Tracy Aviary. Free with aviary admission.

Don't let the colder weather slow you down. Join Tracy Aviary residents and staff with the start of year-round bird programs and weekend free flight bird shows. Tuesdays through Fridays, the aviary's educational staff have programs for parents and children starting at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. then finishing with an intimate up-close bird program with our trainers indoors in the Mill @ Tracy Aviary. Visitors are encouraged to tour the facility to see the different characteristics and behavior birds exhibit this time of year. Free with admission.

Free flight bird shows — year round. Tracy Aviary has been training and practicing its indoor Free Flight Bird Shows for the Mill @ Tracy Aviary. Free flight bird shows will be held weekends at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. This intimate setting provides a fun and educational bird experience that will bring "awe" to you and your family. Free with admission.

See the aviary as a whole new world with a scavenger hunt. Do you really know birds? Come find out. Scavenger hunts are available in the Nature Store and at the admissions counter. Free with admission.
