I read the Deseret Morning News report on the confusion over paper ballots, provisional ballots and glitches in the electronic voting machines In my opinion, federal law should specify that the integrity of all ballots be maintained by allowing all voters the option of using a paper ballot. I prefer paper ballots anyway. In the event of a recount, their authenticity is far superior to electronic ballots. Sometimes the best "progress" is using the traditional system.
