Brian Hazelgren, managing partner of Business Training Camp, will speak to students and entrepreneurs who are interested in learning how to write a business plan at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Saltaire Room of the University of Utah's Union building.
The event will give students an opportunity to learn about the process of writing a business plan for the Utah Entrepreneur Challenge. In the challenge, student teams will compete for a grand prize of $40,000 in start-up capital.
The UEC, which concludes in April, is a student-run program that started in 1999 to give aspiring entrepreneurs real-world experience.
