PROVO — An exhibit and auction to benefit research to find a cure for Huntington's disease opens tonight at Gallery One Ten, 110 S. 300 West, Provo, and runs through Dec. 18.

The opening reception is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The art is by Provo High School teacher James Reese and artist Sarah Barley.

Barley organized the auction, hoping that a cure for the disease will be found in her lifetime. She has family members affected by the brain disorder.

Rees offered to contribute some of his work. All proceeds go to the Huntington's Disease Society of America, Barley said. Gallery One Ten is a nonprofit organization.
