COLORADO SPRINGS — With Saturday's 33-14 Mountain West Conference football victory at Air Force, BYU logged its fifth consecutive victory, increased its league lead to two full games and became bowl-eligible for the second straight season.

Bursting to a 21-0 halftime line, the Cougars boasted a balanced offense, finishing with 153 yards rushing and quarterback John Beck throwing for 258 yards and three touchdowns.

The Mountain West's only team still unbeaten in league play, BYU travels to Fort Collins, Colo., this weekend to face Colorado State in the Cougars' final out-of-state road trip of the regular season.
