PROVO Small works of art go on display at Terra Nova Gallery's annual exhibit of "Great Things/Small Packages," said gallery owner David Hawkinson.
The exhibit begins with a reception Nov. 3 from 6-9 p.m. and runs through Dec. 29 at the gallery at 41 W. 300 North, Provo. The event is free and open to the public.
"At the end of every year we fill our gallery with small new works by a variety of artists. The works include paintings and sculpture in a variety of styles and medium," Hawkinson said.
The exhibit introduces new artists as well as showing works from the well-established art community.
"Terra Nova Gallery was created to give these new artists a place to show their work," Hawkinson said. "We seem to have a steady supply of talented, trained and committed artists in our area."
Some of the artists exhibiting are Guy Francis, Doug Fryer, Anne Gregerson, Cristall Harper, Todd Orchard, Colleen Parker, Ron Rogers, Sarah Lee Samuelson, Gwen Toomalatai and Anne Weber.
