UCN Inc. said Tuesday it has the option to buy ScheduleQ LLC's software and customer base by Feb. 8 or convert to a 10-year nonexclusive agreement to private-label the software within UCN's inContact product family.
Both companies are based in Salt Lake City.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
UCN provides contact center software. ScheduleQ is work force management software.
