Steve Ballmer, chief executive officer of Microsoft, will discuss "Innovation and Impact" at the Utah Technology Council's Hall of Fame gala Friday.
The black-tie event begins at 6 p.m. at the Little America Hotel, 500 S. Main.
During the event, Jim Kajiya and Dinesh Patel will be inducted into the hall for their contributions to the technology industry.
