Gregory P. Williams was named to lead the leadership committee of "and Justice for all," a group that helps disadvantaged Utahns obtain legal representation to secure safety, family stability, shelter, health-care access and other needs. Williams is a shareholder in the Salt Lake office of Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy. His practice includes commercial real estate and natural resources law.

• Draper-based Code Corp. has named David Growe as public sector business development director. Growe has more than 20 years of experience in developing business opportunities within state, county and city government agencies. He is a graduate of Gonzaga University. Code Corp. develops automatic identification and data collection devices, accessories and application enablement systems.

• Riester, a Salt Lake-based advertising, public relations and public affairs firm, has hired Jodi Holmgren as associate director of integration. Holmgren has 22 years of experience and an extensive agency and consulting background. She is a graduate of Art Institute of Southern California.

• Spectrum Engineers Inc. announced that two engineers have joined the firm. Thomas C. Montgomery joined the firm as a principal electrical engineer. Montgomery has more than 35 years of engineering, manufacturing, construction and program management experience. J. David Lehman is a professional mechanical engineer with more than 21 years of experience designing mechanical and plumbing systems for higher education, health-care and laboratory projects.

• The law firm of Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough announced that Lori W. Nelson was named practice group leader for the firm's domestic and family law practice group. Nelson has been with Jones Waldo since August 2005. She has experience in the areas of domestic and family law and specializes in cases dealing with divorce, modifications, adoptions, child support and custody cases. Other attorneys in the group include Kenneth Okazaki, Sidney Baucom, Melissa Bean, Stephen Clark, Ali Levin, Kent Linebaugh, John Palmer, Ross Romero and Michael Shaw.

• The law firm of Parsons Behle & Latimer announced that two attorneys have joined the firm. Kimberly Kesler Chytraus has joined the real estate, banking and finance department. Chytraus concentrates her practice on the transactional aspects of real property law. She earned her law degree at the University of California at Los Angeles. Matthew D. Cook has joined the firm's corporate and tax department. Cook concentrates his practice on general corporate matters, business transactions, tax planning and tax controversies. He earned his law degree at the University of Utah.
