Open-door meetings with Corroon Thursday

Mayor Peter Corroon will open his doors to Salt Lake County residents from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Thursday to discuss issues of public interest.

The open-door meetings will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. The 10-minute meetings with Corroon fill up quickly, so residents are encouraged to sign up at the mayor's office by 3:30 p.m.

Corroon has made the open-door sessions a priority to meet with residents who otherwise have a difficult time scheduling an appointment.

The mayor's office is in the Salt Lake County Government Center, 2001 S. State, Room N-2100.
