CEDAR CITY A 67-year-old man was killed in a rollover crash.
The Utah Highway Patrol said the accident happened at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday on U-130 about 12 miles north of Cedar City. Troopers said a car was driving north on the highway, passing a semi. As both the semi and the car approached a curve, a pickup came into view.
The car's driver hit her brakes, according to UHP Trooper Jeff Nigbur. He said the pickup, which was traveling in the opposite direction, swerved right and then overcorrected left.
The pickup rolled, killing passenger Byron Robinson of Paragonah. Troopers said both people inside the truck were wearing their seat belts.
