First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. has acquired three buildings in Ninigret Technology Park, NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate said Monday.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The buildings have a total of 475,717 square feet. First Industrial leases, develops, redevelops, buys, sells and manages industrial facilities in the country's top 25 industrial markets.
