At issue: A Provo attorney argues that 4th District Court juries aren't made up of a defendant's peers, and are therefore unconstitutional, because Hispanics are underrepresented in jury pools.

What happened: A judge denies his motion, saying the attorney hasn't shown enough evidence that Hispanics are systematically excluded from the jury-selection process.

What's next: The defense attorney has 20 days to decide if he wants to file an appeal and request a hearing in front of a higher court.
