Public meetings set on Alpine bond issue
There will be a presentation outlining needs for the leeway, as well as the finalized plans for building, renovation and remodeling projects.
Time will be provided for questions. The election is Nov. 7 and voters will be asked to authorize the district to issue $230 million in bonds and increase the voted leeway. Property taxes are not expected to rise above the 2005 tax rate.
All meetings begin at 7 p.m.
The Oct. 3 meetings will be held at:

Lakeridge Junior High, 951 S. 400 West, Orem
Lehi Junior, 700 E. Cedar Hollow Road, Lehi
Orem Junior, 765 N. 600 West, Orem
Pleasant Grove Junior, 810 N. 100 East, Pleasant Grove
Oct. 5 meetings will be at:
American Fork Junior, 1120 N. 20 West, American Fork
Canyon View Junior, 655 E. 950 North, Orem
Oak Canyon Junior, 111 S. 725 East, Lindon
Timberline Junior, 500 W. Canyon Crest, Alpine
Willowcreek Junior, 2275 W. 300 North, Lehi
