Created a revolving door for his staff and other city department heads;
Turned off Davis and Weber counties with his position on the Legacy Highway;
Represented the "great nation" of Salt Lake City at all environmental confabs.
Great job, Mayor! Maybe we can find a "dead end" street we can re-name Rocky Anderson Boulevard.
