Well, breathe a big sigh of relief, fans. New showrunner David Rosenthal gets the seventh season off to a great start with an excellent episode. Rory deals with Logan's departure; Lorelai deals with her feelings for both Luke and Christopher.

Law & Order: Criminal Intent (8 p.m., Ch. 5): A teacher is involved with her young student.

House (8 p.m., Ch. 13): House treats an autistic child.
