Election problems

What happened: Missed deadlines and technical problems mean 10 candidates for state offices have had their names removed from election ballots.

What's next: Affected candidates have been told they can appeal to the courts for reinstatement. Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr. could also place some back on the ballot, though that is considered unlikely.
