Special session

Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr. is asking Utah lawmakers to consider just two items during Tuesday's special session:

• Legislation amending the state's individual income-tax system.

• Legislation affecting state and local-option funding for road, transit and airport improvements.

The session starts at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Capitol Complex.
