CB Richard Ellis announced Wednesday that Parkside Tower, 215 S. State, was purchased by KBS Realty from American Realty Advisors.
The 13-story, 190,124-square-foot office building was 99 percent occupied at the time of the sale. It was built in 1984 and houses the law firm Fabian & Clendemin, Tanner LE, Eschelon Telecom Inc. and others.
CB Richard Ellis said it will keep leasing and managing the facility for KBS Realty.
