60 Minutes (6 p.m., Ch. 2): New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin defends the slow Katrina clean-up by making a remark about New York's failure to rebuild Ground Zero — "You guys in New York can't get a hole in the ground fixed." Really.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Back Pearl (6 p.m., Ch. 4): ABC, which is ticked off about the Emmy nominations, counter-programs with this 2003 blockbuster.

Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones (6 p.m., Ch. 13): Fox counter-programs the Emmys with this lame 2002 sequel to the first prequel. (Repeat)

Storm Stories: Postmark Katrina (6 and 9 p.m., Weather) and Surviving Katrina (10 p.m., Discovery): Two looks back at the disaster.
