Outlining the need

Activist Margo Westley has her body outlined in chalk on the sidewalk by Fred Gruney outside the Salt Lake City-County Building Tuesday. Activists drew 132 outlines representing the 132 Utahns they say will die over the next year because they can't afford basic health care. The community groups involved included Crossroads Urban Center, Anti-Hunger Action Committee, Utah Coalition of La Raza, Coalition of Religious Communities and Disabled Rights Action Committee.
