The Driver License Division has started issuing new temporary paper drivers' licenses and identification cards.
Complete with security features that make it hard to duplicate, the new paper licenses will be implemented statewide by November.
Temporary license and identification cards that are green in color are still valid until all distribution offices move to the new format.
Temporary cards are used until a permanent laminated license is issued.
