The Utah Department of Workforce Services, the Division of Child and Family Services and GE have formed a partnership to connect kids in foster care with job opportunities.
The agencies are planning to launch a pilot program at an event at 8:30 a.m. today at the GE facility at 4246 S. Riverboat Road. The pilot will include 26 foster youth.
