Salt Lake County would give Real $20 million in hotel-tax revenue for stadium infrastructure.

Sandy would contribute $15 million in redevelopment agency funds.

Real would share the $20 million parking garage with the county's South Towne Exposition Center that would be built on the west side of State Street.

Salt Lake County would receive $27.5 million in cash and in-kind contributions from the team.

The team must maintain its headquarters and play its games in Salt Lake County for 30 years.

If the team goes out of business, it would owe Salt Lake County $10 million.
