OREM Utah County officials continue to follow up on multiple leads in the $1 million theft from a home in Hobble Creek Canyon Tuesday night.
There have been no arrests in the case, only people of interest, said Utah County Sheriff Sgt. Dennis Harris, clarifying misinformation from the sheriff's office that two men had been arrested in Jackson Hole on Wednesday night.
The theft is one of the largest in the county and includes $1 million in jewelry, watches, clothes, shoes and $15,000 in cash, Harris said.
The items were being moved to a safer location, Harris said.
They had been in the bedroom of Nu Skin co-founder Nedra Roney.
However, when she returned home Tuesday night, she noticed the items were gone and so were the movers she had hired to bring down other possessions from her Wyoming home.
"We're hoping that we'll be able to get to the bottom of this through our leads and other contacts," Harris said. "We're working this very aggressively right now."
Harris said investigators are talking with individuals in Wyoming and Utah and working with various law enforcement agencies in each state.
