With back-to-school shopping right around the corner, Educators Mutual Insurance Association wants to help all students succeed this year.
The company announced Wednesday a campaign to collect clothing and supplies for about 40 school-aged children living at The Road Home, the state's largest homeless shelter, in Salt Lake City.
To participate, Utahns can select an apple from Educators Mutual Apple Trees, which have been set up at Salt Lake-area DownEast Outfitters and Staples locations, the Layton Hills Mall, and the lobbies of FM100 and Educators Mutual. On each apple is the name of a homeless child and his or her specific back-to-school needs
