Newlywed Barbra Streisand is thinking about it, but she hasn't made any definite plans for a concert tour.
Rumors about a possible tour next year or in 2000 reached a crescendo in recent days, leading Streisand's publicist Dick Guttman to release a statement by the entertainer's longtime manager Marty Erlichman. No decisions have been made, Erlichman said, "although many attractive offers from throughout the world have been received and the possibility is being contemplated."
Streisand, who married actor James Brolin at her Malibu estate on July 1, recently released the album "On Higher Ground."
