• Bullfrog International, a Bluffdale-based maker of portable spas, has hired Clay Norman as Web site manager. Norman has extensive experience in Web site design, Internet marketing and relevant programming. He is a graduate of Utah State University.

• The law firm of Parr Waddoups Brown Gee & Loveless announced three new shareholders. Michael Black is a member of the firm's litigation group, specializing in complex commercial litigation and federal and state tax controversy work. Matthew Fleming is a member of the firm's corporate transactions group, specializing in federal income taxation of corporations and partnerships, securities and mergers and acquisitions. Joseph Covey is a member of the firm's corporate litigation group. His specialties include real estate, commercial foreclosures and corporate bankruptcy.

• Wasatch Property Management has hired Sothara Tieng as manager for two Logan apartment communities, Devonshire Court and Spring Hollow. Tieng is a graduate of Utah State University and joined the Wasatch family of companies in April 2006.

Bill Lundskog was named managing broker for the Draper office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Lundskog has worked in real estate for 18 years and worked most recently from Coldwell Banker's Cottonwood office.

• Sorenson Capital, a Salt Lake City-based private equity firm, announced two promotions. Rhett Neuenschwander and Luke Sorenson were named principals at the company. Neuenschwander is a graduate of the Stanford University School of Business and Brigham Young University. He worked most recently at another investment firm. Sorenson served most recently as director of business development at Sorenson Media, another in the Sorenson family of companies. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and Brigham Young University.

• O'Currance Teleservices, a Salt Lake-based inbound telemarketing products and services provider, has hired J. Fraga as call center training manager. Fraga has 14 years of management training experience.

• Key Private Bank has appointed Gregory W. Aiken as vice president and financial adviser. Aiken joins Key from another Salt Lake company, where he served as vice president and general manager. He is a graduate of the University of Utah.

Keith Martin, director of international sales for Martin Door Manufacturing, has been reappointed to the Utah District Export Council. Martin has served on the council for the past 14 years. The council supports the nation's industry and government export expansion effort, working to establish links between the U.S. Commerce Department and the business community.
