CEDAR CITY Police have finished questioning a Florida family involved in the shooting of a 26-year-old man.
Police said that on July 25, Steven Stubbs forced his way into their RV, which was camped outside a Wal-Mart store. A man inside shot Stubbs in the head with a shotgun.
The Cedar City Police Department said Friday that it is wrapping up its criminal investigation into the shooting. The family was questioned Thursday in the presence of their lawyer. They were allowed to continue on their vacation.
The Iron County attorney will determine if the shooting was self-defense or if the man will face any criminal charges.
