• Police jail statement says Gregerson lured Destiny into his apartment and "put his hand over the juvenile's mouth and began to squeeze."

• Flowers, stuffed animals, cards and candles are being placed outside Destiny's home in a makeshift memorial to the little girl.

• Some express anger at how Salt Lake City police and the FBI handled the case.

• A fund to help Destiny's family has been set up at Washington Mutual.
