PROVO — A Spanish Fork man is in jail for allegedly having sex dozens of time with an underage girl.
The 21-year-old man gave a 14-year-old girl alcohol and marijuana to force her to have sexual relations with him, according to the police report filed in 4th District Court.
The victim told police she had sex with the man at least 30 times in different locations in Spanish Fork. She also told police the man made her perform sex acts in order to get rides to various places.
The man is being held in the Utah County Jail for investigation of unlawful sex with a minor and sodomy with a minor on $10,000 cash or bond bail.
