The Salt Lake Art Center is celebrating 75 years by the opening of their new exhibit "Looking Back: 75 Years at the Salt Lake Art Center." This exhibition is a reflection of the center's long and remarkable history. The artists chosen have been important and influential over much of its 75-year life, as well as in the broader arena of Utah's cultural community. Some of the artists represented in this exhibit are Susan Beck, Anna Campbell Bliss, Gordon Cope, George Dibble, Alvin Gittens, J.T. Harwood, Don Olsen, Bonnie Phillips, Tony Smith, Doug Snow, Bonnie Sucec and Francis Zimbeaux. The exhibit is on display from now through Oct. 14 and an be viewed at the Salt Lake Art Center, 20 S.
