Hot-air balloons float in the skies above Provo as part of the city's Freedom Festival. The Fourth of July celebration continues today in Provo with a 5K and 10K race, a fun run and a parade. Celebrants might get a little wet today as storminess is expected along the Wasatch Front. Highs will be in the low 90s with lows around 70.
