• "Jamma" is the nickname of a Craig grandson.

First restaurant: Bairoa Caguas, Puerto Rico.

First U.S. restaurant: Wayne, N.J.

Number of outlets: 148, including 50 in the United States, 93 in Puerto Rico, four in India and one in the Philippines. Twenty-four are in Utah and southern Idaho.
