When the NBA's summer free-agency market opened late Friday, making an effort to re-sign veteran big man Jarron Collins was high on Kevin O'Connor's to-do list.
"He's done nothing to say 'We don't want him back,' " the Jazz's basketball boss said. "I'm not saying that we're gonna give him $8 million. That's not where we're going with that. But I'm saying he hasn't done anything to put himself in a situation where we (wouldn't want him back)."
Collins, a second-round draft pick in 2001, has played all five of his NBA seasons in Utah.
