19. Sacramento Kings — Sergio Rodriguez (Spain)

The scouting report: At 6-3, has good size for a point guard and is solid offensively. His defense is considered suspect, however.

20. New York Knicks (from Denver) — Alexander Johnson (Florida State)

The scouting report: A 6-9 power forward who is athletic and has a decent mid-range shot. But at 23, he's not as young as some of the other potential picks.

21. Phoenix Suns (from L.A. Lakers ) — Shawne Williams (Memphis)

The scouting report: A 6-9 forward shot 43 percent from 3-point range in his only college season. A good rebounder and shot blocker.

22. New Jersey Nets (from L.A. Clippers) — Shannon Brown (Michigan State)

The scouting report: A 6-4 shooting guard with good strength for his position. Averaged 17.2 points last season.

23. New Jersey Nets — Mardy Collins (Temple)

The scouting report: A 6-6 guard who has the tools to play the point in the NBA. Good size and a strong defender.

24. Memphis Grizzlies — Maurice Ager (Michigan State)

The scouting report: A Jazz favorite, this 6-5 shooting guard has nice range on his jumper, even if he is inconsistent and streaky.

25. Cleveland Cavaliers — Jordan Farmar (UCLA)

The scouting report: A pure point guard who is a fine passer. Not a great outside shooter, but averaged 13.2 points last season as a sophomore.

26. Los Angeles Lakers (from Miami) — Kyle Lowry (Villanova)

The scouting report: A smallish point guard (6-0) who didn't have to be a huge scoring threat in college. Strong defender and leader.

27. Phoenix Suns — Olexsiy Pecherov (Ukraine)

The scouting report: A 7-footer who will likely be a center in the NBA, but has a nice outside shooting touch. Needs to get stronger.

28. Dallas Mavericks — Marcus Vincius (Brazil)
