The scouting report: A versatile 6-7 shooting guard, he has good enough ball-handling skills that he could play some point. Averaged 18.4 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.3 assists as a junior last season, although his shooting mechanics are flawed due to a childhood injury.

12. New Orleans Hornets — Cedrick Simmons (North Carolina State)

The scouting report: The 6-9 power forward was a defensive and rebounding specialist for the Wolfpack. His stats weren't eye-popping as a sophomore last season (11.8 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.5 blocks) but part of that is due to N.C. State's slow-down offensive style.

13. Philadelphia 76ers — Marcus Williams (Connecticut)

The scouting report: At 6-3, he has good size for a point guard. He is an outstanding distributor who averaged 8.6 assists per game last season. Has been compared to the Jazz's Deron Williams due to his ability to run a team and make teammates better.

14. Utah Jazz — Mouhamed Saer Sene (Senegal)

The scouting report: The 7-footer has enormous potential, but he is raw, raw, raw. Has a reported 7-8 wingspan and will likely be just a shot-blocking specialist for at least a couple of seasons until his offensive game comes around. Still, his athletic ability is too much to overlook.

15. New Orleans Hornets (from Milwaukee) — Rodney Carney (Memphis)

The scouting report: At 6-7, he could be either a small forward or a shooting guard in the NBA. Averaged 17.2 points per game as a senior, but was an inconsistent, streaky shooter. Outstanding athletic ability.

16. Chicago Bulls — Rajon Rondo (Kentucky)

The scouting report: A super quick 6-1 point guard who averaged 6.1 assists per game as a sophomore. His outside shooting is a question mark.

17. Indiana Pacers — Hilton Armstrong (Connecticut)

The scouting report: A 6-11 power forward whose stock rose during his senior year. A shot-blocker who has some inside moves and the ability to hit a mid-range jumper.

18. Washington Wizards — Thabo Sefolosha (Switzerland)

The scouting report: This European 6-6 shooting guard's stock has been steadily rising with his recent workouts. Has a strong overall game.
