5. Atlanta Hawks — LaMarcus Aldridge (Texas)

The scouting report: At 6-11, he has a big body and enough athletic ability to become a prototypical NBA power forward. Averaged 15 points and 9.2 rebounds as a sophomore for the Longhorns. Runs the floor well and has enough quickness to be a strong defender.

6. Minnesota Timberwolves — Brandon Roy (Washington)

The scouting report: He's 6-6 and listed by most sources as a shooting guard, but could also play the point in the NBA. Averaged 20.2 points as a senior for the Huskies. He has an excellent first step and a good mid-range jumper, but his outside shot is suspect and he's had knee problems.

7. Boston Celtics — Randy Foye (Villanova)

The scouting report: A 6-4 combo guard who expects to play more point in the NBA. He has excellent strength, ball-handling skills and showed leadership ability in college. Plays strong defense and averaged 20.5 points as a senior. Needs to work on passing to become pure point guard.

8. Houston Rockets — J.J. Redick (Duke)

The scouting report: The all-time scoring leader in ACC history is a 6-4 pure shooter who averaged 26.8 points as a senior. A back injury and recent DWI arrest are concerns, but he's not expected to fall out of the lottery because of them. His defensive ability is questionable.

9. Golden State Warriors — Sheldon Williams (Duke)

The scouting report: He's 6-9 and strong, but too small to be a center in the NBA. Was an outstanding college player on both ends of the court, averaging 18.8 points, 10.7 rebounds and 3.8 blocked shots per game as a senior. More athletic than he's sometimes given credit for.

10. Seattle SuperSonics — Patrick O'Bryant (Bradley)

The scouting report: A 7-foot center who played well in the NCAA Tournament, O'Bryant is still considered a project. Averaged 13.4 points, 8.3 rebounds and 2.8 rebounds last season as a sophomore. He has good mobility and what scouts term "a huge upside."

11. Orlando Magic — Ronnie Brewer (Arkansas)
