Salt Lake-based EnergySolutions said late Wednesday that it has completed its acquisition of energy services company Duratek Inc.
EnergySolutions announced the acquisition plan in February, saying it would buy the Maryland-based company for $396 million.
That occurred shortly after the owners of Envirocare of Utah bought a British government radioactive waste cleanup company, BNG America, and merged it with Envirocare and an Envirocare division, Scientech D&D, to create EnergySolutions.
