Judge disarms gun rules

A judge has blocked unprecedented Massachusetts regulations that were designed to stop the sale of cheap handguns and require handguns to come with "childproof" features. Attorney General Scott Harshbarger went too far when he decided to apply his consumer protection regulation power to a crackdown on handguns, Superior Court Judge Diane Kottmyer has ruled.
