• SCOFIELD: Boaters and float tubers seemed to do better than shoreline anglers. Fish taking a variety of baits, including dead minnows, egg sacs, worms, salmon eggs and PowerBait. Some used fly fishing tackle or just a fly and bubble.

• FISH LAKE: Good fishing for splake rainbow trout and perch. Try jigging at the weed line for splake or trolling for rainbows. If things are slow, fish for perch with a small jig tipped with a piece of worm near the weeds.

• OTTER CREEK: Significant pressure on the weekends. Good success reported for two- to three-pound rainbows, but reports of spotty fishing recently. Most successful shore anglers are using bait — dead minnows, PowerBait or worm/marshmallow combination. Lemon or lime twist PowerBait are the hot baits recently.

• PANGUITCH LAKE: The lake was stocked with 20,000 of the 10-inch rainbows May 25 and was reopened to fishing following a rotenone treatment to remove chubs early this month.

• QUAIL LAKE: Good fishing for trout trolling pop gear or spinners with a worm at about 20 feet down. Slower fishing from shore.
