The Bureau of Land Management office at The Gateway has earned the first Utah commercial interior LEED certification.
The office at 440 W. 200 South, Suite 5, earned the distinction from the U.S. Green Building Council through the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design's Green Building Rating System for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings.
Kevin Miller was the architect in charge of the project for Gillies Stransky Brems Smith.
