On-water boat show

To launch Utah Safe Boating Week, Jordanelle State Park staff will host the On-the-Water Boat Show from Friday-Sunday.

Hours will be Friday from noon to 7 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

New boats will be on display at the marina by area boat dealers.

Also, those attending can receive a free boat safety check by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, and if boats pass inspection, admission into the park is free.

Hamburgers, hot dogs and drinks will be available. Day-use fees are $9 per vehicle. Discount coupons are available at www.boatshow.utah.gov.

Jordanelle State Park is located off U.S. 40 at the Mayflower exit 8. For more information, please call 801-538-7220.
