OGDEN Police have arrested a man who is accused of burglarizing a towing business and then setting it on fire.
David Lynn Fenstemaker, 32, was booked into the Weber County Jail on Wednesday on investigation of arson and burglary charges.
Ogden police said on March 2, they were called to a business on fire on 12th Street. The cause of the fire was declared suspicious. A few weeks later, Ogden Police Sgt. Kyle Bosgieter said, officers in Clearfield arrested Fenstemaker on suspicion of possessing stolen items from the towing business.
"The property that we recovered was taken from the business roughly the same time as the arson," Bosgieter said. "He was an employee that worked for the tow company."
