Salt Lake-based Evans & Sutherland Computer Corp. said Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of Spitz Inc.
E&S acquired Spitz stock from parent company Transnational Industries Inc. for about $3.4 million. E&S previously had said it would acquire Spitz while also divesting its simulation business to Rockwell Collins Inc. The Rockwell Collins transaction has not yet closed.

Spitz specializes in planetarium theaters, projection domes, architectural domes and custom immersive theater attractions.
