Obesity is greatest disorder

It is interesting to hear the media talk about eating disorders, i.e. anorexia and bulimia. If you pick up an American Dietetic Association publication, it, too, calls eating disorders by the same names. Here is a clue, folks. These disorders affect a very small fraction of the American population. The greatest eating disorder affecting America is obesity. Virtually every illness, disease and aliment today can be associated with being overweight. Americans, you are fat because you eat too much and eat too much of the wrong food. Stop it! Take responsibility and lose weight.
