Community members are invited to jump into Utah's unique prehistory at the Utah Division of State History's annual Prehistory Week Open House. There will be music, tours of the state archaeology lab, a plethora of prehistory activities, Navajo tacos for sale and demonstrations of skills like beading and flintknapping. The open house will be held on Saturday , from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Rio Grande Depot, 300 S. Rio Grande St., in Salt Lake City.
