A woman who drove a vehicle through a building Wednesday was charged Friday with attempted murder.
Brenda White, 30, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail after she drove her SUV through a wall and into her husband's place of work, court documents say. The documents also say White and her husband are in the process of obtaining a divorce.
The couple had an argument in the parking lot at the Woodland Towers, 4021 S. 700 East, and when he went into the building, White rammed her car into the building in an attempt to hit him, according to court documents.
The man suffered a dislocated ankle and other injuries, court papers say.
She is charged with first-degree felony attempted murder and second-degree felony criminal mischief. Bail was set at $500,000.
